Fredrick Nnaemeka Leonard is a Nigerian actor who has successfully engraved his name in the sands of time in the movie industry. He was born on Ist May 1980, a native of Anambra State in the southeastern part of Nigeria. He received his early education in Lagos State; St Peter’s Anglican Primary School, Alausa, and Oregun High School respectively. He didn’t stop there, he later relocated to Kaduna State in Northern Nigeria where he applied to Kaduna Polytechnic and was accepted. There he got a degree in Biochemistry. Leonard started his career in the Nigerian movie industry in 2001 where he played brief scene roles, and he later took a break to complete his education. In 2008, he returned and obtained his very first lead role character in a movie titled Indian Doctor. Thereafter, he ventured into the Nigerian Soap Opera series and was also featured in a movie titled Grey. He also produced a movie titled Void.
Having lost both parents was the most devastating experience he had in life but that didn’t hinder him from making so many achievements in the industry as he has won lots of awards and nominations. According to Leonard, a female actress named Bimbo Akintola is one of the people that influenced his acting career.
Recently, he tied the nuptial nuts with his beautiful wife, Pergy Ovire who is also a renowned actress in the industry.
